What are your hobbies outside of work?

Outside of work, I love staying active and spending time with the people (and pups) who matter most to me. You’ll often find me hanging out with my two German Shepherds, who are full of energy and always up for an adventure. I also have a special interest in learning about human behaviour and psychology. I’m fascinated by what makes people tick and how our minds shape the way we connect with the world and each other. When I’m not out exploring or being active, I love diving into books, podcasts, or conversations that let me deepen my understanding and keep me curious about the world around me.

How do you connect with young people?

As a proud neurodivergent individual, I’ve always embraced seeing the world a little differently, which helps me connect with people in unique and meaningful ways. I’m all about creating a safe space where everyone feels comfortable to be themselves. I love having real, open conversations and finding ways to empower others to build confidence and achieve their goals. Whether it’s through a good laugh, a listening ear, or just being my authentic self, I’m here to support and cheer you every step of the way!

What were you like growing up?

Growing up, I was full of curiosity and energy, always exploring new ideas and seeing the world in my own unique way. With my ADHD, my mind was constantly buzzing with questions and creativity, which made life exciting but sometimes a little tricky to navigate in more structured settings. Fairness and making people feel like they belong were really important to me, even as a kid.

Looking back, navigating life as a neurodivergent kid had its challenges, but it also gave me a deeper understanding of myself and others. It’s shaped me into someone who values connection, compassion, and embracing all the quirks that make us who we are.
