Support Work
LETS TALK ABOUT SUPPORTING!
About our Team
At First Step Support Services, our support workers are more than just helpers - they’re cheerleaders, confidantes, and consistent, compassionate allies. We believe in building real, trusting relationships that honour each person’s strengths, goals, and identity.
Our team brings a mix of lived experience and professional knowledge, and we only hire people who are genuinely passionate about this work. This isn’t a side hustle - it’s a calling. When you're with us, you’re backed by a crew who shows up, lifts you up, and walks beside you - every step of the way.
