Eleze C - Support Coordinator

During Eleze’ time as a Support Coordinator over the last year, she has gained a comprehensive understanding of the NDIS and has had experience working with participants with complex needs and in multi-disciplinary teams. She has experienced the highs and lows of support coordination and seen first-hand how this job can make a difference in people’s lives.

I am a mother of 3, a 19 yr old son, 14yr old Daughter and a 1 yr old son.

I met my husband when I was 15 and we have been together ever since (20 years!)

We have a 6yr old labrador named Daisy, a blue tongue lizard and 2 Green tree frogs.

We love to go for walks along the beach and go away in our caravan when we have spare time.

I love indoor plants and my family believes I have too many.

I don't like eating fruit.

What qualifications do you have?

- Certificate 3 Aged Care

- Diploma in Community Services

-  First Aid & CPR

-  NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
